- 2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 ounces milk
- 2 tbsps grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- A tsp of each: white pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoning salt
Bath chicken breasts in flour mixture followed by an egg wash and then give them a good bath in bread crumbs; lightly shake off any excess and pan fry.
Place on sprayed cookie sheet.
350 degrees for 20 minutes
Sauce
- 250 ml 35 per cent cream
- One-half cup of sun-dried tomatoes (not packed in oil)
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tsp of butter
Remove Chicken from oven pour sauce over top.
